Verpackungstechnik Frielinghaus wollte in eine robuste und anwenderfreundliche, vollelektrische Blasform-Maschine investieren. Nach einem ersten Kontakt auf der K-Messe haben wir dann unser umfangreiches Lastenheft an die Firma „new Hesta“ gesandt. Wir waren positiv beeindruckt von der Flexibilität und dem technischen Know-How mit dem unsere Anforderungen passgenau in eine Projektbeschreibung umgesetzt wurden. Nach dem technisch alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit beschrieben war, haben wir einen fairen Preis abgestimmt und die Umsetzung gestartet. Die Realisierung des Projektes inklusive Werksabnahme, Montage und Inbetriebnahme liefen reibungslos und professionell. Wir haben dann in Folge bereits die dritte Maschine bestellt, da sich die Maschinentechnik auch in der Anwendung und dem einfachen Bedienkonzept bewährt haben.

Wir haben in den letzten Jahren unseren Maschinenpark um weitere 10 vollelektrische HESTA-Maschinen erweitert. Die nächsten Jahre kommen weitere hinzu, da wir weitere Ersatz- bzw. Neuinvestitionen tätigen müssen. HESTA ist uns schon seit Jahren durch kurze Reaktionszeiten bei der Inbetriebnahme und hervorragend Servicequalität bekannt. Unsere Mitarbeiter kommen mit den Maschinen, dank der einfachen Bedienerfreundlichkeit, sehr gut zurecht.

In the last two years, we have expanded our machine park by a further 6 HESTA machines. By the end of 2022, 3 more machines will be added. This trend will continue in the coming years, as we will have to make replacement or new investments in the future. HESTA has been known to us for years due to its short response times during commissioning and excellent service quality. Our employees get along very well with the machines, thanks to the simple and very good user-friendliness.
