After making initial contact at the K trade show, we sent our comprehensive specifications to the company “new Hesta.” We were positively impressed by the flexibility and technical expertise with which our requirements were precisely translated into a project description. Once all technical details had been described to our satisfaction, we agreed on a fair price and began implementation. The project’s execution—including factory acceptance testing, installation, and commissioning—proceeded smoothly and professionally. We have since ordered a third machine, as the machine’s technology has proven itself in terms of both application and ease of operation.
