In the design-driven cosmetics sector, aesthetics and haptics are of the utmost importance. High-end PET-G flacons, optionally featuring a heavy base, create the unmistakable appearance of glass. We have been an established standard in their manufacturing for decades. Soft-touch finishes provide an unmatched tactile experience, while DeCo2 (2-layer technology) is used for the optical refinement of blow-moulded articles.

Bei der Großserienfertigung im Bereich der Körperpflegeprodukte (Duschgel, Shampoo) steht die Kosteneffizienz trotz hoher Qualitätsanforderungen im Mittelpunkt. Minimale Wandstärken mit unseren erprobten Schlauchköpfen tragen einen großen Beitrag zur Materialeinsparung und damit zur Wettbewerbsfähigkeit bei. Automatisierungskonzepte ermöglichen unseren Kunden mannarme Schichten zu fahren mit höchster Effizienz zu fahren. Mehrschichtproduktion (z. B. ABA oder ABC), ermöglichen einen hohen Einsatz von Rezyklaten (PCR) bei ansprechendem Design.

Containers for chemicals such as household cleaners are produced using our multi-layer heads, providing comprehensive protection against toxic and chemical fill goods. They prevent permeation and extend shelf life.

Industrial Packaging

Im Bereich der Industrieverpackung herrschen komplexe Designs und hohe Variantenvielfalt mit kleinen Losgrößen. Mit unseren new HESTA Schnellwechselsystem erzielen unsere Kunden geringste Rüstzeiten. Bei hohen Stückzahlen und wenig Rüstvorgängen bieten wir Automatisierungskonzepte an, um mit mannarmen Schichten zu fahren mit höchster Effizienz. Our unique Vario-head technology enables our customers to produce sight-stripe containers, such as oil bottles and oil canisters. Furthermore, this technology allows for a quick and cost-effective conversion of an existing monocomponent head into a sight-stripe head.

Thanks to our patented new HESTA HES (Stroke Adjustment System) and reproducible clamping force during every closing cycle, handle bottles and handle canisters can be manufactured in the highest quality.
